Very friendly staff. Great accommodations at an affordable price. They were also very flexible and ready to meet my needs with any requests that I made. It's about 40 minutes away from the airport but close to most other places. The facility is new so everything works perfectly. The rooms are quite comfortable with AC that is a requirement in the Dar heat.
The reception area was filled with the smell of cigarette. Everything else was perfect. The location is also perfect. Another disadvantage was the lack of any meeting areas in case you need to have meetings.

The smell in the restaurant is terrible Only Chinese food even for breakfast I let hotel after 2 days and I was obliged to pay booking.col commission for 2 remainings nights !! The calculation of the Hotel bill was in local currencies and not transparent !! Bad expérience for me :(
