The apartment was very clean, modern, and well maintained. It felt almost brand new, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was in good condition, and the apartment was nicely furnished and organized.

The view was disappointing, and the location was not as convenient as expected. The staff and security were also not very helpful or welcoming. We were not informed in advance about the charges for losing the access card, which was frustrating. On the checkout day, security repeatedly knocked on the door while we were still packing, which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Because of the pressure and lack of time, we ended up forgetting some of our belongings in the apartment. Overall, the checkout experience was poorly handled and made the end of our stay quite stressful.
