The construction in the area didn’t bother me at all, inside was quiet. The place was big, within walking distance from the metro. I even had a view to Burj Khalifa. Everything was great.

A TRULY LOVELY PLACE TO STAY

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly lovely place to stay We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments and felt comfortable from the very first day. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully looked after. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and truly felt like home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware, dishes, and kitchen utensils, which made everyday life very easy. A free weekly housekeeping service is provided, including cleaning, fresh towels, and bed linen change — a very nice and thoughtful touch. The building feels safe and well organized, with 24-hour security. Right next to the building there is a sports area and a children’s playground, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. The Smart TV was a great bonus, and food delivery was incredibly fast — we often used noon and were always impressed by the speed. The location is excellent. The metro station is within walking distance, and there are many 24-hour shops nearby, which is very convenient. La Mer North beach can be reached on foot in about 40 minutes, but we usually preferred taking a taxi, which cost around 15–20 AED and was quick and easy. We asked for an apartment facing the children’s playground, and from the balcony we enjoyed a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa — a lovely sight, especially in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable, the area was quiet, and everything was perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The host was kind, caring, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free. We would happily return and wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Dubai.

Location good.

Construction city left right all around. Once this is all completed, it will be an excellent place to stay! More washing up liquid required. Toiletries was provided after a change of bedding, had to ask though.

For business trip but not for enjoyable vocation

The location is convenient and the space is spacious for two.

The AC did not work on the first night. The communication with the host is not good as they did not apologise for the inconvenience and were uncomfortable with the broken AC and a very hot room. They did not change a room for us; they just brought a small fan. The carpet was not clean. I can feel that some unknown liquid has been sprayed and dried on it previously.

It was relaxing and comfortable, it's a bit expensive because the cleaning cost like aroun 300 dirhams for 3 nights.

The location is good, stag is polite and helpful.

The apartment is huge, two bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen and even sofa. It was tidy and clean.

Well, they did not changed the towels for 4 days. I will recommend they should change it at lease in 2 days.

Good location for exploring Dubai

Initially booked a studio with balcony, we have requested to change the room, because of the continuous noise, even at night (across the street is a building under construction) and the bad smell coming from the bathroom. We got an upgrade, in the next day, an apartment with 2 bedrooms, on the other side of the building. Thank you for supporting our request. The apartment was very nice, spacious with 2 balcony and kitchen equipped with everything you need. Location was good, 15-20 min to downtown. We rent a car and had a parking space allocated, which it was very convenient.

The linen and towels in the studio were old and stained. It wasn't the case on the apartment. It shouldn't be such difference, keeping the same stardard of cleaning, regardless on the type of room. The swimming pool is small and right next to it, it was a construction site, so if you are looking to relax, this is not the right place.

Great location (close to metro station). Spacious room and amazing view from the balcony. Very warms water in the swimming pool - amazing!

Thin walls - loud neighbours. And at the end of the day there is construction all around - though does not go through the night so it’s ok.

It's a nice apartment. Plenty of room for 1 person (which was my cases), I think it would comfortably fit 2 people as well. There's security in the building nice and helpful staff to check-in and out and always open to help.

Location is ok, but it isn't great. This was my first time in Duabi, I was definitely in the wrong side of the highway. It's not a bad location either though, it's easily connected to most of the city in 15 / 20 cab ride. The host was helpful enough to suggest Careem as a cab app (which I did and worked great).

La proximité au point d’intérêt comme le burj etc.., le parking, la piscine, la salle de sport, la grandeur des chambres, la disponibilité de quelqu’un, en termes rapport qualité prix c’est imbattable.

Le lit est inconfortable, les cafards qui se promène partout (malgré l’intervention du gérant par une société il y en avait toujours) , le fait qu’on vienne nettoyer juste une fois pour 9 nuits.

لا شيء كله سيء منطقة محاطة من كل مكان بالبناء والوساخة مكان لا يرتقي الى سكن يسيء الى بوكينغ ويسىء الى السياحة

خديعة اولا انا تعرضت الى خدعة ثقتي في بوكينج عالية جداً لاول مرة اشاهد بوكينج تساعد على الخديعة كتبو في زاوية مخفية هناك بناء البناء في كل جهة انا لم استعمله ذهبت الى مكان ثاني وقمت بالاستئجار

Aangenaam verblijf in ruim appartement en zeer goede prijs- kwaliteitsverhouding

Erg ruim en goed ingericht met heerlijk balkon en mooi uitzicht! Het beheerteam reageerde heel snel en zeer vriendelijk! Ik heb de verlichting uit 1 van de slaapkamers gehaald om een iets meer cosy verlichting in de woonkamer te creëren.

De keuken verdient iets meer en betere spullen. Verder had 1 bed een soort van plastic achtig matrashoes en de hoofdkussens ook. Andere bed was prima!

立地はワールドトレードセンターに近く通いやすい。メトロも利用しやすく観光にも良かったです。近くに品揃えの良いスーパーがあり、とても便利です。また、レジデンスでプリント出力サービスも受けることができました。セキュリティーの方々が親切で起点が効いてとても良かったです。

セキュリティーボックスに電池が入っていなかったり、ベッドサイドのライトも１つ切れていました。また途中でガスが止まるなどあり、設備として完璧ではない部分があります。ですが、どの問題も指摘すると解決されました。

Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Mały ale prawie nieużywany przez innych basen.

Bardzo łatwy kontakt z gospodarzem przez Whatsapp. Wsparcie zarówno przed przylotem, jak i w trakcie. Wszystkie potrzeby spełniane tego samego lub następnego dnia. Zdjęcia oddają realne pomieszczenia, dodatkowo nie spodziewaliśmy się widoku na Burj Khalifa - a był prosto z balkonu i z okna sypialni.

Niestety dużo rzeczy nie działało: toster, brak patelni, wyłączająca się klimatyzacja, zepsuta deska toaletowa. Wszystko było naprawiane w dzień lub dwa, jednak fakt, że były popsute sprawia, że nie mogę dać oceny 10. Na basenie było słońce tylko przez 4-5 h dziennie. // Budowy nowych budynków tuż obok 151 Residence sprawia, że nie dało się odpoczywać na balkonie ani na basenie.

Nettes Appartement in geschickter Lage

Schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht vom Balkon einmal Richtung Khalifa und einmal Richtung Jumeirah Beach . In zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Train/ Metro. Ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. In dieser Strasse kann man auch essen/ Essen holen. Schöner Pool.

Es wird einiges rundherum gebaut, aktuell noch absolut ok vom Baulärm her.

Établissement proche du Burj Khalifa seulement 10 min en taxi C’était très facile pour récupérer les clés L’appartement est très bien équipé nous avions tout ce qui fallait sur place, spacieux avec une belle terrasse. Très propre Je conseille
