Plush one bedroom apartment with sea view balcony LMAC1-1

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable with a great view.

We expected to be able to use the personal laundry machines but at the beginning of our stay, they were renovating the floor and we could not access the machines. When we asked for clean towels, they said they would bring us some but they never did. Being away so long, laundry machines were a huge reason why we chose this apartment.

The location was perfect. Secluded but had easy access to numerous restaurants and sites. Plus-a great view of the harbor

The only thing we can think of is that it needed a slight bit of touching up to ensure the property was at peak maintenance.

The apartment is ideal for two people. Very well equipped. Nice views. Bed very confortable. Very good renovation. Not suitable for people who cannot manage stairs.

The cleaning of the apartment could definitely have been better. The windows were extremely dirty — when the sun was shining on them, it was difficult to see out at all. The floors also felt gritty underfoot and did not appear to have been cleaned very thoroughly. To the right, the view was very nice, and it was interesting to watch the cruise liners coming and going. To the left, however, was the dockyard, which was quite noisy. This did not affect our sleep as we kept the windows closed and used the air conditioning, but it was not particularly pleasant during the day. The roof terrace was also disappointing. There were no sunbeds or chairs, making it fairly useless. The photos show cushions, benches and a table, but in reality there was only one rather sad-looking wicker bench.

Dass es keine Waschmaschine gab, lt. Ausstattung sollte eine da sein, und dass es in der Nacht von der Werft recht laut war. Fenster konnten wir auf jeden Fall nicht offen lassen.
