Une très belle vue et emplacement bien situé. Agencement de l'appartement fonctionnel.
Le manque de propreté. Parquet usé. Tasses café et thé sale ainsi que les boîtes toutes poussiéreuses. Pas de thé. Radiateur salle de bain très poussiéreux.
