The apartment needs a better cleaning. The water heater is very slow. The air conditioner and refrigerator work perfectly. I didn't cook, but there are utensils available. The television works. The bathroom is problematic; even with the shower door closed, water leaks out, and because the floor isn't sloped, it forms a pool in the middle of the bathroom that doesn't drain. An urgent solution is needed. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows and sheets weren't very well washed. For short stays, its location right next to Central Park shopping mall makes it bearable. But I wouldn't choose it again. Parking is chargeable, FYI.
