ガンビル駅から徒歩5分という利便性と値段の安さ。また、午前中に行ったのにもかかわらず、すぐに掃除をして入れてくれた。荷物を置いてすぐに外出したが、エアコンを入れておいてくれて、戻った時は涼しかった。エアコンは静かでよく効いた。WIFIは表示されないが、尋ねるとオフィスの前あたりで使えるのを教えてくれる。
鍵はまともにかからない。ただし、関係者家族が住む囲われた場所内なので、治安はよいと思う。バケツにためた水を流せばいいだけだが、トイレのフラッシュは壊れていた。手桶ではなかなか流れてくれないが。お湯が出ないのはしょうがないとして、シャワーぐらいは有ってもいいのでは。
