La location è stupenda, piscina meravigliosa, boschetto di noccioli, un ampio parco attrezzato, gli alloggi per la notte tutti funzionali e pulitissimi, la cucina semplice ma fornita e accettano i cani!

This is a gorgeous location if you want a secluded, peaceful holiday in a stunning setting. The grounds are beautifully kept, surrounded by trees and the small pool is perfectly situated for keeping cool and relaxing during the day, and is cleaned both morning and evening so is always fresh. We made great use of it during our 4 days stay. The main house is rustically furnished so is ideal if you like a simple country style. We found it suited our family well, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco, and some basics to get us started. Any questions we had, or when we needed something additional, the family responded immediately and were really helpful. The bedrooms are arranged into 3 apartments above the main house, and are comfortable, clean, cool and tastefully furnished. Each apartment has its own bathroom so very convenient; you may just want to check the details depending on your party, as 2 of the apartments have adjoining bedrooms so may be more suited to families rather than separate couples, but totally depends on how many of you there are, and what suits you. There is a local supermarket just 10 minutes’ drive away so stocking up is easy, and we got to the towns of Nepi and Ronciglione and lake Vico in about 20 minutes, all lovely places to visit and great restaurants if you want to eat out.

We had a wonderful stay; Stefania and family were so welcoming and helpful, and keen to hear any feedback we had. We let them know about a couple of things that would have made the facilities and comfort levels even better and they were appreciative of our feedback and keen to improve for future guests.
