Location was about 5 minutes drive into Wanaka. It was on a quiet housing estate with lovely views of the lake. We did have our own access into the studio so did not need to go through the house. The studio room itself was very clean, the bed was very comfortable with lovely linen duvet cover, breakfast was provided. Heated floor in the bathroom with very large shower.
Perhaps a TV in the bedroom, although there was free internet access so we used our personal devices.
Just be aware that the studio is in someones home and the only separation from the home is a sliding door with no lock.
