    Generally was ok - not more than that. Positives - apartment (2 bed) was spacious, lots of storage and living space. Fantastic view of the mountains. The property feels dated, old decor and appliances etc. washing machine and bathroom heater not working. The gym and games are very old and stale.

    We booked a 3 BR apt expecting 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, but the apartment allocated was 3 bedroom with 2 bath only, not ideal for a 3 family group. Gave feedback to the resort staff that information in Agoda and other portals is incorrect. Moreover the apartment has 12 steps to enter, not ideal for elder travelers above 60 yrs... no staff support to help checkin during move in or check out... the location within Wanaka central is good, the price we paid per night was NOT VALUE for money... hence 3/5 rating...
