The apartment is clean and located close to QE1 hospital and markets. Airport is about 15min drive away. I like that it comes with a washing machine, water dispenser, gym. Parking space also came in handy.

We couldn’t use the cooking pot because it’s all scratched up at the bottom. Not the host’s fault, the entire building’s electricity tripped three times during my stay. The WiFi router just needs to be reboot after each trip for it to work.

This homestay was very easy to check in. The key was in a mailbox, so we didn’t need to meet anyone. It’s conveniently located near Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The sofa bed is really nice and comfortable. The place also has useful facilities like a washing machine, iron, dining table, mini fridge, kitchen, and a kettle for boiling water. Free parking is available, which made our stay hassle free.

The apartment itself is fine. However I booked for 3 nights and had no WiFi the whole time. This meant that not only could I not work but the tv also did not work. Also I messaged the company the day before I arrived for check in info and no reply. I messaged the morning of check in and no reply. I messaged after check in time still no reply. I had to contact booking.com and they had to get on your the company. Eventually we got a response. Then no WiFi. I messaged back a forth with them telling me to try different WiFi’s and codes but nothing. By day two I messaged again to try and sort it and I have now left after 3 days and still no response.

NOWIFI and very bad customer service.
