Clean, location excellent, staff friendly
No towels, washcloths, shampoo/conditioner or soap at all. So using toilet was not ideal with no way to wash. They did bring up towels upon request - but we hadn't yet realized they were missing other key items. We didn't bother the front desk again as guy was plenty busy so we felt demanding. I got the idea it was newly re-opened and they just weren't well prepared.

The staff was very friendly.
Did not seem to have enough staff. There were people waiting in the lobby for a room to be cleaned at 830pm and the first room I was given was the wrong room and it had not been cleaned either. The staff was very nice and I do not blame them at all it just seems like they were understaffed for how busy they were. My so and daughter in laws room the floors were not clean at all their feet were black after walking in the floor just for a few mins which makes you question the cleanliness of the whole place.
