CP Marina Club Sky Luxury Studio Sleeps 4

The location at Marina Bay is fantastic and so are the rooftop pools. We have stayed here before but not in this apartment and wanted to take our 10 month old for his first holiday abroad. He absolutely loved the family pool and the splash pad area, although I think mum and dad had an even better time! The appartment was smaller than we have previously, the kitchen and bathroom were identical but the bedroom and lounge are smaller and connected (no way of shutting off light from between the two which I couldn’t tell from the pictures) However we made it work and had a very pleasant stay. Travel cot was provided as requested, and they even left my son a little soft toy dinosaur to play with 🦖 The air conditioning (not the hosts fault) was not working when we arrived, however when he messaged our first morning to see how our first night was, I mentioned this and he had a portable air conditioning unit there by 4pm the next day! We are having a heat wave at home at the moment and the soonest I can get one delivered is 2 months away, so to have one there straight away was very much appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better first family holiday, thank you very much for having us to stay. Location wise, we have family is the south of Gibraltar but we much prefer staying at ocean village so we are closer to town and love to just pop out and have breakfast in the morning in the Marina. You are also walking distance from the airport (this was a must as we didn’t bring a car seat) Marina bay is pretty much on the runway, so you can see and hear the airplanes taking off from the rooftop, but I don’t remember hearing a single one from inside the apartment which was great for day time naps.

It probably won’t affect most people as they eat out, however I had to cook a lot to make food for the baby and only one of the saucepans provided works on the induction hob. Other than that, there was nothing we didn’t like ☺️

The accommodation was beautiful clean and modern. The rooftop pool was our favourite thing about this accommodation and the access to it was so easy. Really spacious apartment with a decent size balcony too.
