Great location, Friendly staff. The security guy that showed us how to get the keys and where the unit was, was very patient and welcoming.
Parking: manuvering from the ground floor to the 4th floor daily was a mission driving along the narrow space. A toilet without a window is always a challenge, and the suction fan was very noisy. Not having an extra mirror was also a challenge. Try white sheets, they are reassuring.
