Facilities and security were very good. The video directions for keys, use of tv and entry instructions were most useful.
A lovely spacious apartment well appointed.
Too invasive with communications from Sheena- once hired leave guests alone unless they are giving problems- we paid a premium for cleaning after our stay (R 450) but were asked where we were sleeping, how many beds we were going to use and why we were renting the apartment- all in multiple commutations including the list of rules 3 times.(we were only 2 guests x1 night)
Also the showers were not cleaned properly, with mould and soap residue in each shower. Greasy hand marks on cabinets were observed too

Excellent location, close to the gateway mall and restaurants. Superb seaview,very spacious tastefully decorated apartment that had everything we required including iron and hairdryer.
No aircon in 2 bedrooms and the lounge/kitchen area
