Otara Umhlanga

1. Very spacious 2. Clean, bedding and the general house was very clean. 3. Ample parking 4. Amazing outdoor entertainment area, braai facility, covered deck and pool. 5. Lena the housekeeper was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay and appreciated the cleanliness, great outdoor facilities and ability to just relax by the pool while having braais. The house is not to far from the beach, less than a km so you can take a short walk down. It is also not far from Gateway which you could walk to aswell. The location is quiet and well kept, there were security vehicles patrolling the area so it was quite safe. The house gives you the ability to just lounge around without having to leave which is great for a relaxed, quiet weekend getaway.

The amenities were good although one suggestion would be to have just a few more bowls and the like for salads and the like.

Nice and spacious in a great area and lovely pool

The only showers were in the ensuite bedrooms that were open plan so the people sleeping in those rooms had to vacate the room for others to shower. There is also a light in the dining room and 1 bedroom that doesn't turn off so some did not sleep well

I loved the house, it was very comfortable and clean. My family enjoyed every part of the home. The outdoor area was also amazing we shared many laughs by the pool and braai area.

Neighborhood, quiet and close to shops.

Being locked out of the gate when already arrived, could have been fair for the host to let us park inside whilst cleaning was in progress. We were 9 but only given 3 toilet papers for 2 nights. Toilets were not clean and no spray available for odour.
