Ocean Breeze Retreats UK - Primrose Valley

Good location, close enough to the main entertainment areas for us. Caravan was very clean and had all the equipment that we needed for our stay. Natalie the owner was very helpful prior to arriving and answered all my questions , really good communications. This is a good base if you want to travel outside the park, very close to Filey Brig and Scarborough and Bridlington. We would have no hesitation in booking with Ocean Breeze again. First time taking our Grandchildren on holiday and they loved it.

The only thing I would mention, and it is meant as an improvement suggestion only, is to replace the large waste bin under the sink with a smaller one, as we had to keep pulling the bin out of the cupboard to open the lid to dispose of waste. Otherwise everything else was spot on.

Caravan was lovely and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Nice to have two good sized bathrooms. Had all the amenities you could need for a break. There was a good selection of games and dvds and a very nice welcome pack.

The site was too large for us but this was personal preferences. We did not like the fact that you had to pay extra for a Haven Pass to be able to use any of the facilities and that the swimming had to be booked by session. By the time we got this information there was very limited swimming sessions left. This did change throughout the weekend but it was a continual checking to see what was available. We would have preferred to be able to go swimming as and when we wanted to rather than by dictated by the availability. This was a Primrose Valley site rule and not specific to Ocean Breeze Retreats.

Caravan was very nice, clean, well equipped, good supply of towels and a great welcome pack. Not far from entertainment centre, but didn’t hear any noise from there when back to settle for the night.

The main outside a bit messy but probably because no other caravan in place but we made use of this extra space with our little one.
