    I booked the room in the Hotel through Agoda. Since my flight landed at 10 pm, so I reached the Hotel at 11 pm and the person at the reception denied my booking and said that there is no such booking. This was the worst experience. Further, after discussing with his boss, he gave a room after wasting 1 hour & I got the room at 12:00 am. To my surprise, the room was dirty and no amenities as stated in the online booking were provided. Although, had to stay for a week, but Ieft the room very next day. I will be never recommend.

    The place is reasonably well maintained. It was opened around 9mo prior to this review being written and I imagine most equipment and furniture are still in their 'prime'. House keeping comes very rarely but they come over if you ask. Reception has a fridge with bottled water (at 20 INR / l). However, the reception staff often take their own bookings overriding agoda's booking. When called they'll say they don't have any vacancy when in fact agoda shows you availability. There's a mismatch there and it can be difficult to handle that friction.
