This appears to be a newly opened Ginger property. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and overall up to brand standards. Staff is polite and helpful.
That said, the arrival experience needs work. Since the hotel is located on the upper floors, there should be clear guidance or a staff member at the ground-floor entrance. I waited around 15 minutes in the foyer before security arrived and gave access to the lift. Only after that could I reach the hotel floor. This can be confusing, especially for first-time guests.
Another small but important improvement would be room amenities. At a minimum, there should be two sets of basic accessories in the room—toothbrushes, towels, napkins, etc.—to comfortably accommodate two guests.
Overall, a decent stay with good rooms and friendly staff, but the entry experience and in-room basics need attention.
