I didn't get the room I booked. It was smaller and they still charge me the same price (CON). The listing says 5 bathrooms, but they barely have 1 (CON). The washing machine is trash, yet they have it listed (CON). They ask to hold your ID/Passport when you check in which is illegal to hold someone's ID as collateral! They held my passport and refused to give it back to me even having my deposit as well. I will be reporting them to the proper authorities! As you can see from the pictures, human feces all over the floor from the 1/2 bathroom next to it spilling over! When I went to wash my sheets, I noticed mold on my pillow! This is a scam listing!!!

First of all let me start off by saying they do not have 5 bathrooms; that is a complete lie! They have 1 full bathroom and 1/2. The 1/2 bathroom is hardly ever working and when it is down, human waste is then running on the floor in the main bathroom! I literally was attacked by human feces rushing towards me when I was in the shower! This has happened to me more than once. Girls leaving used/bloody unwrapped tampads on the floor. Maggots on top of the very small filthy refrigerator. Rats spotted on more than one occasion! I caught 1 female roommate completely necked 4 times in the shared area because dhe thought she could run to the restroom without being seen. The facility holds over 15 people and only has 1 restroom that barely works. Yet management allows one particular guest to literally take an hour and 1/2 shower. This leaves everyone else having to hold themselves or use the 1/2 bathroom where you can't do #2! Usually somebody else already use that restroom so you're using the toilet on top of someone else's mess! Several people cook so there is not enough space to store your food in the small refrigerator which has bugs galore in it and is never cleaned! If you do have an a five space in our refrigerator, 9 times out of 10 your food is going to get stolen! The staff does not do a thorough cleaning. I was there two months and the floor was never mopped outside of the restroom and never use chemicals to sterilize the bathroom which again had human feces all over it more than once! Because of a restroom issues, rat issues etc this place does not need to be open! Definitely not worth the money!
