    I arrived after midnight and there was someone at reception, which I appreciated. However, when I went to my bed, I noticed there was no towel, even though it is included in the hostel’s services. I went downstairs to ask for one, but they told me there were no towels available. I also saw a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom, which was disappointing. After a long 6-hour trip, I was very tired. When I came back to my bed, I realized it was dirty, with blood stains and hair. It was very uncomfortable and unhygienic. There was no solution offered, so I had to sleep with my clothes on. I would not stay here again.
