The location, valley view, and lake view are beautiful, and the staff are helpful and polite.
However, the food was really not good. The quality, taste, quantity, and variety need major improvement.
Overall, the stay was decent because of the views, but the food was disappointing.

The biggest highlight of this property is the breathtaking view. Waking up to such beautiful scenery made the stay memorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast served was tasty, although the spread was quite limited, with only 2–3 options available each day.
There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. The hotel provides only one complimentary 1-liter water bottle per room per day, irrespective of the number of guests staying. Any additional bottles are chargeable. The toiletries were quite basic—the shampoo was provided in Clinic Plus sachets, and there was a lack of standard hotel toiletries. The in-room coffee sachets were also of relatively poor quality.
Overall, the property offers stunning views, clean accommodation, and good-tasting breakfast, but upgrading the guest amenities would significantly enhance the overall experience.
