Such a beautiful place 😍 chill place to stay

Pros Good location; walking distance from the beach and market. Cons Very poor cleanliness. Rooms were not properly cleaned. Bedsheets and pillows had mold. Cobwebs on the shower head. Flickering lights in the washroom. Towels were old and full of lint. Room lock was not working initially. No response from reception; had to visit 2–3 times for any request. Room cleaning is done only after repeatedly asking at reception. Cab driver suggested by the hotel increased airport drop-off charges later. Breakfast was unhygienic and poorly managed. Breakfast timing was misleading. Experience We stayed for 3 nights and tried to stay outside the room as much as possible. At check-in (around 8 PM), there was an argument going on between the staff and another family. There is no proper reception area, and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes before being allotted a room. The first room had a bad smell, dirty washroom, cobwebs on the shower head, unclean bed linen and pillows, very old towels, and the room lock was not working, which was a serious concern. After escalating to the owner, the room was changed. The second room was better, but one pillow still had mold. We had booked the room with breakfast. Before booking, we were told breakfast starts at 8 AM. After arrival, this changed to 9 AM, and in reality, food was available only around 9:30 AM. The utensils were taken out and used without washing, and both poha and bread had a stale smell. We avoided eating breakfast there after that. Leftover food was still lying in the buffet area in the evening and was not cleaned overnight. On our last night, guests were shouting and playing loud music between 3–4 AM. There was no one available at reception to handle the situation. Final Feedback Despite the convenient location, the overall experience was very disappointing. We visit Goa every year and have stayed in many budget and premium properties, but this was the worst hospitality experience so far. The pricing does not justify the condition, cleanliness, or service. Will not recommend or stay here again. Overall, if you find it at cheap rates and location is the only preference, then you can try it. The price we paid (due to holiday season) it was not worth it.
