Beautiful coastal home with amazing views, private lake deck, and family friendly amenities – 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 10. Sleeping Arrangements: Main Level - King; Main Level - Twin (2); Upper Level - King; Upper Level - Twin bunk beds (4).
Enjoy breathtaking Lake Michigan views from this beautiful vacation home, just ten minutes from downtown Manistee. With open-plan living space, four comfortable bedrooms that sleep ten, and a huge private outdoor area, this property is the perfect base for your next North Michigan getaway.
The open-plan living space of this home has been designed to let natural light flow in and there are spectacular views of the lake from almost every angle. The seating area is perfectly positioned to enjoy the views as a group or catch a moment alone to read your favorite book in the natural sunlight.
The kitchen is well-stocked with everything your family needs from cookware to utensils and spices. The dining table comfortably seats six and the stools at the countertop accommodate another four people.
On the main level, you’ll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. There’s also a fully-equipped laundry room and a two car garage that guests will have use of. Inside the garage are plenty of beach supplies including: camping chairs, boogie board, large inflatable dock, foam floating mat, tubes, cornhole boards, lawn darts, sand toys, propane / charcoal grills and even a badminton set for the beach!
The vast outdoor space of this property is where your group will love spending sunny, relaxing days together. Multiple decks give you plenty of outdoor seating options and the surrounding trees and fencing ensure you can enjoy your space in privacy. Stairs lead directly to the private beach where you can catch some rays, build sand castles, and splash in the lake.
When the sun goes down, light the fire pit, pull up an Adirondack chair, and enjoy memorable evenings under the stars. There’s also two different grills (propane/charcoal) for guests to BBQ on as well as plenty of yard games in the garage.

Other Things to Note
Firewood and charcoal for grill are not provided, but are easily found nearby. Propane for the grill is provided but not guaranteed to be full. If the tank is empty, please exchange it at Meijer and the cost will be refunded to you.
Check in time is after 3:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.
ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.
DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but helps our cleaners immensely.
Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
