Too many levels for elderly people. Difficult to get into workout and pool area because of swipe key

Close to the beach at Lake Michigan. Very clean. Plenty of room for six people. Nice pool at the complex.
More than expected number of stairs. Ran out of toilet paper, found only one extra roll. Front door closes fast, a guest received a bruise from the door handle.
