Located in a charming alleyway, near the Grand Rohu square in Saint Pierre Quiberon, this typically Breton house will delight you with its simplicity, comfort, enclosed garden and proximity to the ocean. A haven of peace to recharge, enjoy the beaches, shops without needing a car.
This holiday home, with a closed garden, consists on the ground floor of a living room including the living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a toilet.
Upstairs, two double-bedded rooms, a toilet, and a dormitory composed of 4 beds of 90cm form a simple and pleasant sleeping area.
The garden is intimate and wooded. The terrace is a place appreciated by all, especially in summer. The house is equipped with a washing machine.
8 minutes walk from the sailing school in Saint Pierre Quiberon.
Close to the beaches of Kerbougnec, Rohu and Petit Rohu.
At your disposal: garden furniture, gas plancha, WiFi.
