About this house rental
This holiday home, with a closed garden, consists on the ground floor of a living room including the living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a toilet.
Upstairs, two double-bedded rooms, a toilet, and a dormitory composed of 4 beds of 90cm form a simple and pleasant sleeping area.
The garden is intimate and wooded. The terrace is a place appreciated by all, especially in summer. The house is equipped with a washing machine.
8 minutes walk from the sailing school in Saint Pierre Quiberon.
Close to the beaches of Kerbougnec, Rohu and Petit Rohu.
At your disposal: garden furniture, gas plancha, WiFi.
Good to know:
- House reserved for family use, groups abstain.
- Bed linen and household linen must be provided. The allocation includes sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
- Baby equipment available.
- Animals are prohibited.
- Non-smoking accommodation.
- Parties and other festive gatherings (such as stag/hen parties) are strictly forbidden.
- Out of respect for the neighbourhood, quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am must be observed.
- Parking is done on public spaces near the house (parking impossible in the street).
- Electric vehicle charging is prohibited.
- The house is not recommended for tall people (low ceilings).
The district:
The districts of Petit and Le Grand Rohu mark the southern limits of the commune of Saint-Pierre-Quiberon, on the bay side. Several white sandy beaches are accessible on foot. The district is calm.

Numerous possibilities for hiking or cycling (marked trails and cycle paths), boarding for offshore islands (Belle-Île, Houat, Hoëdic). Thalasso Centre in Quiberon. For golf enthusiasts, St Laurent Golf is located 20 km away. Quiberon Aerodrome is 4 km away.
