Directly on the beach and the tranquillity of a dead end street for this house located in Keraude, on the bay of Quiberon, 50 m away from the beach, close to the shops, coastal footpath...

Breton comfortable sunny house, sleeps 10/12. Large living room with fireplace, about 50 sq.m, equipped and all modern conveniences separate kitchen, adjoining terraces with garden furniture, sunbath and relaxation...!
4 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor, 1 very spacious with a single bed and 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms.
Enclosed 1500 sq.m garden with private parking.

Sheets and towels are not provided, please contact me to discuss this, as well as for your four-legged friends.

Water (4,95€/m3) and electricity (0,2€/kwHP and 0,15€/kwHC) are charged in addition.
A deposit of 1000 euros will be required on arrival (cheque not cashed)

My husband and our two dogs were in Quiberon for a week and I wanted a nice home walking distance to a dog friendly beach and near enough to a community to go for dinner/bread/etc. Nelly's place was perfect. The views out the front are gorgeous, just like in the photo. And the house was well set up with everything we needed - and very clean and tidy. As we were only two, we used the ground floor bedroom - large, comfortable bed in a nice spacious room. There were more bedrooms upstairs and the upstairs bathroom has an amazing rain shower. The house suited our needs perfectly, from breakfast in the sun out back, to evening cocktails looking out to the sea shore from the front. Walking to town was about 5-10 min and there was a good bakery, some nice beach front restaurants, a great take away pizza place and a weekly market and grocery store. You could easily stay here without getting back in your car (although there are great places to visit nearby!). The beach is fairly small (for Quiberon) and a bit rocky - which keeps the crowds away - there is still plenty of sand to play in even at high tide. And the rock pools were great fun to poke around - plus it was always possible to find shade or a wind break if needed. Nelly herself was just wonderful. Friendly, welcoming, very helpful - we had some glitches around our arrival date and she worked hard to get things sorted and make it all run smoothly. Between her beautiful house and her lovely nature, we had a perfect holiday!

La villa est idéalement située à quelques minutes à pied du village, au calme et pourtant à côté des plages (dont la plage de Keryves accessible aux chiens). Bien que pas toute neuve, elle est entretenue en bon état, elle est super équipée et très propre. Sa vue sur mer du living et de la terrasse en façade est superbe. Que demander de plus pour des vacances familiales réussies ? Un temps ensoleillé ? Le sourire de la propriétaire ? Nous les avons eu aussi !

Das Haus liegt perfekt und wie beschrieben . Wir haben uns als Großfamilie sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war vorhanden und die Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden sicher gern wieder kommen.

Maison très agréable et parfaitement située pour découvrir quiberon et faire un peu de sport. Madame Le Gal est très sympatique et toujours disponible. Pour le supplément Electricité + eau comptez (pour une utilisation normale) 1.10 euros par personne et par jour. Petite suggestions amelioration : - Fournir les draps et serviettes pour éviter en famille nombreuse de se surcharger avec ça, - Eventuellement, améliorer le très bas débit internet, bien qu'à la vérité, cela ne nous a pas spécialement manqué.

Madame Le Bayon ist eine sehr sympatische Gastgeberin. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und nah am Meer. Der Ausblick ist einfach phantastisch. Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden, um die Spezialitäten der Region zuzubereiten und zu genießen. Der Markt, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vor dem Haus mit einem Glas Wein die Abendsonne und den Blick auf das Meer zu genießen - einfach nur schön.

La maison est dans une impasse avec au bout la mer, la plage est à 50m, le village est accessible via un sentier côtier à 2 pas quasi au départ de la maison . Quel que soit le temps, grâce aux baies vitrées, on voit la mer du salon ; 2 salons de jardin permettent au choix de profiter du soleil ... Une location idéale pour les amoureux de la mer et de la Bretagne ! Maison propre, fonctionnelle, spacieuse , bien équipée, la déco dans certaines pièces peut parfois paraître désuète mais donne l'ambiance maison de famille, propriétaire charmante ; A recommander !
