The location is a lil aways from Ooty town , not what is stated on Agoda. Look up route before heading there. However the location is nice. The view from the room is stunning looking out to the hills and tea farms. In the morning we got to see some bison hanging out. The staff got my order incorrect , I ordered chicken fried rice and got fried rice no chicken. No WiFi available when I asked for pw. The room was very neat and clean. Comfortable and clean washroom. Units look brand new. Yes I would stay here again !

Its at a 45 minute distance from Ooty or Conoor. Practically no restaurants nearby. No inhouse restaurant. Relies on a restraunt about 10 min away for food delivery. Location is peaceful with lovely views. Property is clean and well maintainted. Would recommend if you are ok with extra travel.

Awesome stay

The location and surroundings of this property are genuinely beautiful. The calm atmosphere, reduced crowding, and mesmerizing green mountain views made the overall trip memorable. The lunch served on the day we arrived was also very good and initially gave us confidence to continue dining at the property. However, the stay experience itself was disappointing mainly due to management and service coordination issues. The biggest concern was regarding the extra bed. We had paid for an extra bed in advance through Agoda, but later realized it had been allocated to another guest who arrived afterwards, and we were asked to adjust with a mattress instead. Although the property agreed to refund the extra bed amount, the inconvenience and poor sleep experience cannot really be compensated by a refund alone. Once a paid booking confirmation is accepted, basic accommodation commitments should be honored fairly. Food service was another major issue. During dinner, the property confirmed chapati, dosa, chicken curry, and chutney, but only chapati and chicken curry were initially served. We were then asked to wait around 30 minutes for dosa, only to later realize the single staff member was busy handling a larger group that had arrived later. This appeared to be a coordination and communication problem between management and staff. Breakfast was also delayed despite requesting an earlier serving time, and was finally served only around 9:15 AM. The options were limited to poori and omelette, which may not suit all travelers. Even basic items like sugar for tea were unavailable in the morning, and our request for black tea from the previous night was also missed. Another issue was with the room condition. One of the standard rooms had a noticeable odor, and when we requested a change, the property demanded an additional ₹2000 even though Agoda showed both room categories at the same listed price. Overall, the natural beauty around the property is excellent, and the peaceful hill environment made our trip enjoyable. But the actual hospitality management, food coordination, room handling, and booking fulfillment standards need significant improvement. Travelers choosing this property should set expectations accordingly.
