Agoda you charged us rs 7500 for 2 nights after showing deduction cheap tactic of sales, I was looking for a room for 2 adults and twin bed category in your website it's showing premium delux so I initiate the booking and your website asking to fill details of lead guest so I fill up mine details and in the options I select non smoking room and twin bed specifically but after booking it's showing me capacity of 1 adult and then I called the hotel he also said there is capacity of 1 adult as per the Booking, I paid extra for 1 adult and the room was not worth of rs. 7500 either these rooms are nice but these kind of rooms are available under 1000 -1200 per night very easily but you charged me an hefty amount main problem is you, be ready for further action

The experience at Woodland Inn, Chennai was highly disappointing. The rooms are extremely small (well under 100 sq. ft.), leaving very little space for comfort or movement. Ventilation is inadequate, resulting in a constant feeling of suffocation. Additionally, the hotel is located in a poorly maintained area with narrow, congested streets, which further impacts the overall experience.
Overall, the stay felt extremely restrictive and uncomfortable—far from what one would expect from a hotel, and more comparable to a confined, unpleasant environment.
