    They didnt even know about my booking through this app. They contacted someone on the phone and I had to show my booking in the app, which was alright. But the problem didnt end here, the wasnt ready, they cleaned it after i arrived at 8 oclock. my check in was 12 in the afternoon. TV wasnt working, I contacted them multiple times but no help. They didnt specifically mention in the app if the room had an AC or not. they had uploaded the photo of the room with an AC. But they refused to turn on the AC and asked for extra 500 for the AC, which is again alright since I shouldve checked properly, they shoukdnt show the AC in the photos as well.
