    Stay was very comfortable . Very close to the Rajagopuram ( East side entrance ) 5 minutes walk . Car parking was very disappointing . Only a maximum of 4 cars can be parked in the underground . Today after checking out we had to wait for 45 minutes because they were not able to catch hold of the guest who had parked the car in the front obstructing the remaining cars . After 45 minutes they come to know that the keys were handed over by the guest overnight itself to the reception . Ultimately very good property with useless coordination between staff's .

    The hotel is newly opened in the best locality just right opposite to the main Raja Gopuram. The rooms are comfortable are decently spacious and very much comfortable. I would recommend it to others and I am definitely going to stay there on all my next visit to Thiruvannamalai

    Worst service right from security guard to room service. Even though parking was available in the basement security blocked and rudely told us to park in open area without any security. Room is not cleaned well I can see lot of visible marks on bedsheets. There were plates of food which were left by previous customers lying till next day morning as they only clean once a day and that smells bad. Problem of tap not working in bathroom room service lady just told to adjust and went away.
