You will love the warmth of the gas log fireplace in the lounge over the colder months as you lounge on the comfortable sofa and indulge in watching movies on the flat-screen above.
Entertain in style with a stunning stone-topped gourmet kitchen providing high-end appliances for the largest soirees, including an induction cooktop and dishwasher, extending to the formal dining room where you can comfortably seat ten guests at the table.

We stayed in Berry for a Wedding at The Homestead, we couldn’t have chosen a better house to stay in. Great location, Beautiful house with room to spread out and relax. Fully equipped kitchen. Just lovely!!!

The bedrooms were spacious and the beds really comfortable. The pool area included a lovely covered deck which was great for relaxing. The kitchen was well supplied. We were close enough to walk into the village (easy walk) to access the lovely shops, cafes and restaurants in town.A fabulous weekend for our group.

When we arrived, we were impressed by the overall look. Very Hamptons and stylish. We then heard loud buzzing coming from outside. We discovered a swarm of bees had nested in the wall cavity and they stayed throughout our stay. Not pleasant. Also, ensuite bathroom shower flooded and foul smell coming from shower downstairs. No sound on main TV for 2 hours.
