Fully remodeled three bedroom and two bathroom property near all touristic locations, completely furnished to make short or long term stays as perfect as possible! ( SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT )
The Blue House is excellently located in the heart of Carolina. Just a short drive away from San Juan's International Airport, Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Condado, Great restaurants, bars for nightlife , amazing beaches, malls and outlets, Grocery stores! Near everything you might need during your trip!
The space
You will have a comfortable 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom property with a familiar living room and a peaceful outside area with a lot of near places and entertainments all around !
Guest access
It’s a short drive from the airport to the property and a very easy access neighborhood . When you arrive you will have a parking spot right in front of the property
You will receive a text message with all the details to make your access to the property as confortable as possible .
Other things to note
- Please leave the keys on the lock before you check out
- Please Turn all the Air conditioners Off before you check out
- Put all the towels in the basket provided to you in the master bedroom
- Please clean the dishes used and throw the trash away
- Please be considerate with the neighbors in night hours ( 10:00 pm - 8:00 am )
- Any damage on the property will be the guest responsibility and reported to
- Please let us know if something is not working or if you need anything
- The power plant in the property is only for emergencies or in case of power shutdown it will be on between 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
