1033 New Jersey is a 3 story, 6 BR/3 BA, original cedar shake Cape May Cottage built in the early 1900s. Located one block from the beach, this home comfortably sleeps 14 people. Linens and towels are provided through a linen service and are INCLUDED in rate! Pets considered, approval from owner is requested, pet fee is $200. Newly renovated kitchen and pantry for 2023 and high efficiency ductless air conditioning throughout the property, 2 on the 1st floor and one in each bedroom. Fenced in back yard.
