House and garden in the center of Milly-la-Forêt

Discover this house with a terrace and a walled garden, located right in the heart of the village, just a stone’s throw from the shops at La Halle. The first floor features a living/dining room with a sleeper sofa and an open kitchen. A small hallway leads to a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, as well as the stairwell. Upstairs, you’ll find two large bedrooms—one facing the street and the other facing the terrace. Each is equipped with double-glazed windows and shutters. On the landing, there is a small office area and a bathroom with a toilet. There are two bedrooms upstairs: one faces the street (with recently installed double-glazed windows) and features a 160-cm double bed. A second bedroom overlooks the garden and features two 80 × 200 beds. You have access to the house, which is attached to a medical office via a shared porch. The medical office is under video surveillance, so there are cameras in the porch. On weekends, you can park your vehicle in this porch (it shouldn’t be too large, as it’s narrower than a garage). You have access to a patio with a garden table and chairs. The garden is also available for your use. I can be reached by phone during your stay. You can check in on your own; whenever possible, I’ll try to be there to welcome you and collect the keys when you leave. There is one step leading up to the unit.
