The Wrap around patio, the unkempt natural coastal landscaping, and the location.
The washcloths in the master bath were used and wet on arrival, there was cloudy stale urine and toilet paper in the master toilet as well. Only 3 bathroom towels for 1 adult and 2 kids for a 6 night stay, missing kitchen basics (salt, pepper, sugar for coffee). Couch was stained and covered with a flat sheet from a bed. Carton of rotten broken eggs in the fire pit, area swarmed with flies.
