The studio was perfect for a couple - couldn’t fault it whatsoever.
Location is great for Bang Tao!
Perfect size, tv has great options also! Ac is fully working and the cleaners would come twice a week to replenish towels, bedding and clean.
Staff were friendly and the gym was okay if you just want to be consistent.
The pool was very green, which unfortunately had to close at the end of our stay to fix.
The sun loungers are bent weirdly, so very uncomfortable.
The pool bar never really opened, which is a shame as the weather was beautiful and they played great music when they did!
Weird neighbour who would stand on the balcony naked, can’t fault the hotel for this but happened for a week straight.

La piscine est vraiment très belle ainsi que l’hôtel qui est très très beau !
Nous avions pas d’eau chaude, les étendoirs sont vraiment petit pour étendre nos affaires.
Je pense que cela peut s’améliorer car c’est un hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir y’a pas si longtemps.

I wish delivery could come upstairs to deliver instead of we coming down to the lobby to collect and I hope next time I visit the back gate could be used to access 7-11 quicker.

Чисто, все новое, стиральная машинка новая, порошок дают и кондиционер, чистота, тишина… сервис 10 из 10, с балкона пришел жук, когда открыла дверь, позвала рецепшн, поймали сразу…
Кондиционеры работают идеально.
