5 star service with 5 star rooms. Accessible to motorbike rentals within walking distance, and a great halal food restaurant nearby. Willing to serve halal made breakfast as well. Villa can accommodate a family of 6 adults. Private pool is well maintained and can request for clean up too. Enjoyed my stay here.

Great location to explore centre and north Phuket. Very calm, clean, all facilities needed, kids loved the pool, and helpfull friendly staff. From reception to housekeeping, gatekeepers and technicians. Everything was perfect and the team does everything for you to have a great and comfortable stay

We arrived at the hotel around 10pm. The hotel lobby is closed without leaving any message to us. The security guard was sitting in the guard station until the hotel manager called him. Upon check in, there is not any assistance from the hotel staffs. We have to unload the luggage by ourselves under the rain. There isn't any sheltered car park in the hotel for us to unload our luggage. Furthermore, the hotel is far away from the town. Not much shops or restaurants nearby to this hotel. We are also surprised that there isn't any public swimming pool or games room for the kids. However, the Villa is well maintained and the cleanliness is satisfactory.

Nice design (and must have looked really great when it was new). The huge pool is private but has enough light and air around. There is a kitchenette and a nice sitting area in the ground floor. The rooms are okay but they’re not all the same. Two are equally the same in the 1st floor and two are in the ground floor. 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms and one has the bathroom shared with the sitting area (consider this based on your needs). Also rooms Upstairs means stairs will need to be used (pool + slippery stairs = trouble). The villa needs to be renovated and maintained. Many things are broken including curtain rods. Brown water coming out of the faucets (although the water pressure was really strong). And there is a construction behind the villas with workers and noise at close proximity. All in all glad we only stayed for a couple of nights.
