Das Haus liegt in einer großen und modernen Wohnanlage am östlichen Rand von Lusaka, die durch einen Sicherheitsdienst bewacht wird. Das Appartement ist modern und sauber. Alle elektrischen Geräte haben funktioniert. Zur Innenstadt von Lusaka benötigt man mit dem Auto eine knappe halbe Stunde aufgrund des lebhaften Verkehrs. Wir konnten bereits früher in die Wohnung, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir nochmals in Lusaka sind.
Keine Fliegendrähte an den Fenstern oder Moskitonetze über den Betten. Im Masterschlafzimmer war keine Dusche, sondern lediglich eine Badewanne ohne Duschbrause, so dass man tatsächlich nur baden konnte. Im Esszimmer gibt es nur drei Hocker, so dass wir zu sechs Personen hintereinander oder stehend gegessen haben.
