Overall clean and secured area if you have children. Snacks and basic breakfast available, Wi-fi available 24/7 at the property and both electric and gas cooking facilities available. Transportation was also available for transfers at the property and taxi driver Clive was very good and knew the area well.
The only issue was power outages due to load shedding. I just wished there was an automated solar backup or generator as soon as there is power-cut because you had to wait until the power is back which causes disruption for those relying on Wifi for transactions or communication and no local Zambian sim cards. The house is very hot but there are remote controlled fans on the wall available in each room to cater suitable temperatures.
