This hotel exceeded my expectations. I almost didn’t book because of other reviews. Location was perfect, proximity to beach was perfect, cleanliness of the property and room was perfect, lots of stores and eateries within walking distance. I also appreciated the $2 shuttle to the beach.

Location is great and staff very personable.
The fact that I was there for 3 days and never had hot water. Cold and one time, luke-warm water everyday and after I'd requested help on the 3 different times; once by phone and twice facr-to-face by walking into the office.
I was told each time, "Sure we'll send someone right over" and I don't know if they tried or not but I can tell is that no one follow up, no one asked if i satisfied; no one actually DID anything.
