Appartition au cœur de Reims

L’appartamento è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale di Reims. Il parcheggio Gambetta vicino a casa offre tariffe tariffe scontate per più giorni ed è molto comodo. Noi abbiamo potuto così visitare Reims e i paesini dello champagne molto comodamente. Veramente consigliato. Il rapporto con lo staff è stato molto tempestivo ed esauriente. Consigliatissimo!

I really liked the location and the overall design. The apartment was also notably more spacious than several other options in Paris that we considered at a similar price. It included a Nespresso machine; however, the capsules provided were limited to two pieces for our three-night stay. That said, the situation was manageable, as there is a large grocery store just a short six-minute walk away where you can easily purchase what you need. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and it even had a washing machine (which we did not use).

I hope this message comes across as constructive. Overall, the apartment was very nice, but our stay was significantly affected by the circumstances during an extreme heatwave. In particular, communication with the host could have been more fluent and responsive. At times, I had to follow up several times before receiving a reply. Additionally, we visited the area during exceptionally hot weather (up to 44°C) for several days. The apartment does not have air conditioning, ventilation, or even a fan. I requested support from the owners on multiple occasions, but unfortunately this was not addressed. I understand the listing was advertised without air conditioning; however, given these extraordinary conditions, the lack of any basic cooling measures made the situation very difficult for us. At one point, my daughter became faint while staying there. As a point of comparison, since I also rent out properties, in such extreme circumstances I would at minimum provide a small, low-cost fan to ensure basic comfort and safety. I genuinely want to highlight the positive aspects of the property, but the heat and the lack of assistance from the owners had a major impact on our experience and ultimately disrupted our three-night stay in Reims.
