Location! 2 minutes from Palazzo Pitti / Boboli Gardens, 5 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. A quiet street right in the city center. The apartment is modern and fully equipped, including a washing machine. The host provided a supply of coffee and a simple breakfast. A very warm welcome.
The only downside was the smell. I understand that in an old building it can be difficult to maintain modern plumbing, but overall you don’t go to Florence to sit in the apartment anyway :)

Struttura nuova e moderna in palazzo tipico dell'Oltrarno fiorentino. Un connubio personalmente apprezzato.
Dagli oggetti e utensili fondamentali ai dettagli, non manca davvero nulla. L'host, cordiale e presente dalle indicazioni iniziali alle specifiche dell'appartamento.
Non vedo l'ora di poter tornare.
