Maison 12 Trastevere-Apartment in the City Center

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is new, modern, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, while the sofa in the living room easily converts into two separate beds, which is very practical. The terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening. The building is new, quiet, and very comfortable, which is a big advantage in Rome. The neighbors and the security staff were very friendly, and public transport to the city center was quick and convenient. Our host was kind, welcoming, and spoke excellent English, making communication very easy. We also really appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than scheduled, which made our arrival much more comfortable. Although there was initially an issue with the coffee machine, it was resolved promptly, and the coffee provided was of excellent quality. We only wished we had had more time to enjoy it on the lovely terrace. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this apartment again. Highly recommended!

The only minor issue was the air conditioning. Although the airflow was strong, the cooling performance could have been better. However, during our stay the temperature in Rome was around 40°C, so this was understandable. It would also be nice to have a better-quality iron and a sturdier ironing board. In addition, a little more attention to detail from the cleaning staff before guests arrive would make the experience even better.
