Villa Erica, located in a quiet residential area, just a few kilometers from the town of Pula and its beautiful beaches and will provide you with an unforgettable vacation with friends or family. This villa consists of two separate apartments that are rented together, and you can have fun on spacious courtyard with terrace, outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Villa Erica offers its guests complete comfort in a beautifully decorated style. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining room and kitchen with direct access to a covered terrace, as well as four bedrooms. While on the first floor there are also three bedrooms, as well as a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, and guests can enjoy the evening on the covered balcony. Guests are also provided with parking spaces and Wi-Fi access, and also pets are allowed, so book Villa Erica and experience the perfect moments of relaxation! If you come by plane, do not worry the owner will take care of the transfer with the prior agreement.
