Everything! The kitchen had exactly the right amount of everything. The bathrooms make up facial cloths were great!

The key location. Found it strange it was in a different area that the room.

the apartment is nice and light. The decor is lovely, the aircon is cold and the fan in the bedroom is welcome.

Thursday 12th Feb 2026 Arrived at the correct location by taxi. Looked for Luxe Apartments, but could not find it. Called number from document I had printed out when booked through booking.com and spoke to a gentleman who said I should have received an email. I didn't have access to the internet, so he kindly sent me a text with the details. We were unhappy to discover that we had to collect a key from a shop 7 minutes away. As we had let the taxi go, we had to walk, in the rain, to the shop where we were asked for a code so we could retrieve the keys. After a period of time, we found said code and were given the keys. Then we trudged back to the apartments, couldn't work out how to get in, and eventually, a young man assisted us. Both my husband and I are in poor health, and this added to our angst! We entered the apartment and looked for the kettle to make a cup of tea, but there wasn't a kettle, and nor was their milk. However, there were tea bags, hot chocolate, coffee pods, and sugar. We managed to locate a food shop to buy some milk, but still felt it strange to have tea and coffee but no milk or kettle. Tried to access WiFi via the welcome book, but the password was invalid! Also, we discovered how to access the building once we were in the building via the welcome pack. We feel the owner assumed we are tech savvy and had access to the internet on our phones. We are neither of these things. We feel the owners should also cater to people from the Gen X age group! I.e. information provided at the time of booking. When we went to bed, we couldn't use the lamp on the right-hand side of the bed because there wasn't a plug socket. This is a problem for us as we both like the freedom to read in bed! Friday 13th Feb 2026 Didn't sleep very well due to the quality of the bed coverings being 100% polyester. When you are paying more than $350 per night, you expect the bed linen to be at least 100% cotton.
