Very central to everything. Short walking distance to shops/cafes and the beach
Parking is tricky if you have a large car. Residents park on the street very close to the driveway

Smelt bad, dated decor, cheap linen & towels, dirty old cushions, chairs & furniture chipped, floor oily & dirty, bedrooms not properly vacuumed, blinds & windows filthy, plastic mattress protector inappropriate, no scissors. Public area disgusting especially that no light in stairwells
