Mrs Owens Lofts

I love that it had a lift to the second floor as I use a walker. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy and powerpoints plenty and accessible. The shower was huge and wonderful to stand in, especially after a day of travelling. The view out the window was ever changing, with the traffic non stop and some "interesting" characters. The coffee shop across the road was amazing and we found the best Chinese about five minutes away.

We didn't like the fact the car was in an unsecured area that couldn't be seen from the room and is opposite a bus stop with late night drunks who use the parking lot as a toilet. Finding the front door to get to the unit was quite confusing. The key lock location is a shop away from the entry. Thankfully a lady from a nearby shop helped us. It would really help if this was mentioned in the directions. On the pics it looked like it had a private balcony with pool/spa, but no it was a shared space. This was actually the reason we chose this unit. We also had conflicting check out times - one saying between 9 and 10am, one saying 10am and a final time of 11am. This last one being on a page on the table along with the wifi password and other helpful info. (PS the freezer needs a defrost.)
