“Uma estadia simplesmente fantástica! A localização é excelente, rodeada de paz e natureza, mas ao mesmo tempo muito perto de Mértola. A casa tem ótimas condições, é muito confortável e está muito bem cuidada. A Ana é uma anfitriã excecional: simpática, prestável, humana e transmite uma energia muito positiva. A relação qualidade/preço é excelente. Adorámos toda a experiência e foi, sem dúvida, um daqueles lugares onde apetece voltar. Recomendamos sem hesitar. Vale mesmo a pena! 😊👍”

Casa dos Avós is one of those rare places that truly has a soul. The house is incredibly charming, full of character, and feels authentic in a way that makes your stay special from the moment you arrive. It's a beautiful house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect to share among a group of friends. It has a huge living room area with a fire place and outside a big BBQ area. The host was exceptional — warm, friendly, and always responsive, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The location is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and explore the beauty of the Alentejo. Nearby, you can discover the Pulo do Lobo waterfalls, and the vast Parque Natural do Vale do Guadiana, known for its hiking trails, wildlife, and breathtaking landscapes. The historic Mértola Castle and the old Islamic quarter are also well worth exploring. Restaurants are conveniently located in the next village, making it easy to enjoy great local food while still staying in a peaceful and quiet setting.
