About this house rental
A small two-story vacation home with a mini-pool, just 18 km from Faro Airport, in the mountainous countryside, with beautiful day trips and hiking trails. What guests particularly appreciate is the vacation home’s central yet quiet location. The beaches are a 20-minute drive away. The house features a large open-concept kitchen in the living room, a modern, elegant bathroom, a fireplace in the living room, a bedroom accessible via a staircase, the second, smaller bedroom (2 single beds) is accessible from the master bedroom, a garden and a terrace, and a parking space. A small swimming pool (DIY kit), 3.50 m in diameter and 0.90 m deep, is also available and invites you to take a dip. Pets are allowed.
Internet access via a Wi-Fi router (1 hour = 1 €) is available and will be charged based on usage (per minute)
Location and surroundings of the accommodation
The house is located 2 kilometers north of the town center, on the outskirts of Almargens. The area is very hilly and extremely green with many trees. Many marked hiking trails invite you to go for a walk. Small reservoirs are located 4 km away. The property is easily accessible via a paved road with very little traffic. This speaks to the rural tranquility of the area. Additionally, the property is fenced and largely out of sight.
The central location allows you to reach the rocky Algarve to the west in just 40 minutes and Spain to the east just as quickly.
Hiking: Several marked hiking trails lead past the country house. Beautiful hiking trails through the cork oak and carob forest, featuring romantic streams and soothing silence. Small ponds invite you to sit and swim (3 km / 6 km).
Water parks: The water park is 25 kilometers away. Zoomarine is about 45 km away

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans la maison de Jörg tout était très bien.
La maison est fonctionnelle, agréable avec tout le confort.
Le plus de cette maison est vraiment son exterieur c est un havre de paix, le jardin est fait avec beaucoup de goût.
Une grande tranquillité autour de cette maison mais à 5 minutes du centre de sao bras de alportel petite ville tres sympathique.
Merci à Jörg. Une très belle découverte.

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Hunden (Golden Retriever und Labrador) Ende Januar für 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist Top. Das Haus und die kleine Gartenanlage sind gepflegt und sehr sauber. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Im TV sind alle deutschen Programme verfügbar. In der Küche ist alles was man so braucht vorhanden. Der Pelletofen hat bei kühlen Abenden eine wohlige Wärme verbreitet. Eine schmale Wendeltreppe führt nach oben zu den Schlafzimmern mit kleinem Bad (Waschbecken und Toilette) . Die Beschreibung in der der Anzeige trifft voll und ganz zu. Hier nochmal ein Dankeschön an Jörg, unseren Vermieter. Es waren 2 tolle Wochen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ein Zuhause in der Ferne! Alles vorhanden (sogar zwei Bettdecken), sauber, ruhig, gemütlich, alles wohl durchdacht!

Many Thanks to Jorg, had a lovely stay , Peaceful location up in the hills from Sao Bras de Alportel, Nice property, well kept, enclosed drive, Car an Essential.Bedrooms are on the upper floor and accessed by a spiral staircase, would recommend and use again but not for anyone with disabilities.
